Watton Carnival

Ellie Brown
Watton Carnival

We were so pleased to join Love Watton at Watton Carnival on Sunday!

We had four amazing young people came down to help promote our organisation and the work of Love Watton. They did a great job handing out leaflets and promoting our groups and projects.

We were also pleased to meet Norfolk High Sheriff, Jo Pearson. It was a great opportunity to share the work we are doing and brilliant to have him be apart of Watton becoming a Flourishing Town.

Most of all, it was lovely to hear the views of so many young people, telling us what they want to see in Watton and how we might be able to work together to make positive changes.

Our aims are to start implementing some of those things in the coming months. We may not be able to build a swimming pool or a river, but there are lots of things we can start doing to make a difference! Many young people simply wanted opportunities to bring the community together and get people talking to each other again, and that's something we think we can do! So keep your eyes peeled for projects and activities coming soon.

Thank you so much to Allison for letting us be apart of the Love Watton stall.
